Base salary range of
$70,000 - $75,000 annually .

What You’ll Do
Own and execute MassMedia’s internal performance marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency and growth across all channels.
Manage and optimize website performance, email marketing, paid media, CRM campaigns, and digital funnels to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
Execute performance‑driven marketing initiatives for select client accounts in collaboration with paid media, creative, PR, and strategy teams.
Plan and support agency events, sponsorships, and community activations with clear goals, tracking, and ROI.
Develop high‑impact presentations, case studies, and thought‑leadership assets that clearly communicate MassMedia’s value and results.
Partner with leadership on brand campaigns, award submissions, PR initiatives, and market positioning.
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and workflows across internal teams and external vendors to ensure on‑time, high‑quality execution.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using data and insights to continuously optimize campaigns and improve outcomes.

Requirements
Fully Remote – travel 1x per month to corporate office in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
4‑6 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or professional services setting.
Strong organizational and project‑management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Comfortable holding people accountable and driving the teams to performance.
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency with CRM/marketing automation platforms and project‑management tools.
Creative thinker with a strong sense of brand and visual storytelling.
Self‑starter with a collaborative spirit and growth mindset.
