Role Summary
The Creative Digital Specialist is responsible for producing engaging visual and multimedia content that supports organizational communication, outreach, and brand presence. This role focuses on designing modern digital and print materials, managing social media content, and creating visual storytelling assets for a variety of audiences. The ideal candidate is a versatile, detail‑oriented creative who enjoys collaborating across teams and bringing ideas to life through strong design and content execution.
What You’ll Do
Create visually polished digital and print assets such as graphics, presentations, flyers, brochures, infographics, and branded materials.
Develop short‑form video, photography, and motion‑based content to support internal communications, external outreach, events, and campaigns.
Manage day‑to‑day social media content by planning, scheduling, publishing posts, and maintaining a consistent visual and editorial tone.
Monitor social engagement, respond to messages or comments as appropriate, and elevate issues when needed.
Analyze content performance and prepare recurring summaries with insights to guide future creative efforts.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into clear, effective creative solutions.
Contribute to creative ideation sessions by sharing fresh concepts, design approaches, and storytelling ideas.
Maintain organized digital files and creative assets using consistent naming, version control, and storage practices.
Support updates to web‑based platforms or internal tools to ensure content accuracy and visual consistency.
Capture and edit photo and video content during events, site visits, or organizational activities.
Stay informed on evolving design trends, tools, and content formats to continuously improve creative output.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Approximately
1–3 years of experience
in digital design, content creation, multimedia production, or social media support.
Working knowledge of design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and/or Canva.
Experience creating content for both digital platforms and print materials.
Familiarity with managing social media accounts and interpreting engagement or performance data.
Strong visual judgment, copy awareness, and attention to detail.
Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Comfortable collaborating across departments while also working independently.
Exposure to CMS platforms or website content updates is a plus.
Photography and videography experience preferred.
