Senior Analyst, Marketing Delivery
We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Marketing Delivery to bring structure, focus, and momentum to our marketing initiatives, specifically supporting our insurance product marketing team. In this role, you’ll turn strategic ideas into measurable results—driving flawless campaign execution across multiple products, channels, and audiences. You’ll be the connective tissue between strategy and execution, ensuring every project moves with purpose, precision, and impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead marketing delivery — develop and manage detailed project plans that align with business goals and marketing priorities.
Orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration — work closely with creative, content, digital, product marketing, and sales teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Act as the central connector — ensure stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product stay aligned and informed throughout every stage of execution through proactive, effective communication.
Drive operational excellence — anticipate risks, clear roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule and within scope. Ability to see the big picture of opportunity to optimize marketing channel execution.
Ensure brand and compliance integrity — implement quality control processes to maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and compliance standards in every asset.
Measure and communicate progress — track milestones, share updates, and present outcomes to leadership with clarity and confidence.
Champion continuous improvement — conduct post‑project reviews to surface insights, refine processes, and elevate team performance over time with a sense of ownership.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of hands‑on marketing experience; insurance or financial services product background is a plus.
Proven experience managing complex marketing campaigns or delivery programs.
Ability to connect performance data analytics and insights with in‑market execution.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing and cross‑channel campaign execution.
Skilled in project management platforms—experience with Asana is a plus.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail‑oriented and calm under pressure, with a track record of delivering high‑quality work in fast‑moving environments.
Global Atlantic’s base salary range for this role is
$90,000 - $95,000 USD. Compensation may include annual cash bonuses, long‑term incentives, benefits, and sales incentives.
Our employees are required to be in the office 5 days per week in New York or 4 days per week in other offices.
Global Atlantic reserves the right to modify the qualifications and requirements for this position to accommodate business needs and regulatory changes.
