What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Design and deliver automation solutions within the Marketing Automation platform, gathering requirements and communicating progress
Build integrations between Marketing Cloud and other applications or data sources
Analyze digital marketing and lead generation activities, focusing on email marketing results and automated reporting
Implement automated customer journeys and lead generation activities within the Marketing Automation Platform
Collaborate with stakeholders to solve marketing automation challenges and manage various projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of experience working within a Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua)
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a technical discipline
Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation KPIs
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in non-technical language
Experience with data visualization software, and knowledge of programming languages such as AMPScript, HTML, SQL, and APIs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Administrator
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, Automation Studio, and Cloudpages
Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms such as RedPoint or Tealium
Knowledge of Google Analytics for reporting on digital marketing activities
Ability to understand and configure complex data relationships within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
