What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute comprehensive field event strategies that align with Field Marketing’s objectives and campaigns
Serve as the primary owner for a portfolio of field events, ensuring each activation maximizes demand generation and brand presence
Lead the full lifecycle of event management, including strategy, logistics, and post‑event evaluation
Drive engagement and attendance through innovative promotional strategies across multiple channels
Design and implement frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on event performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience in field event marketing planning and execution in a technology environment
Proven track record of delivering successful field events and activations
Proficiency with marketing automation and event management platforms, such as Marketo and Salesforce
Ability and willingness to travel 25%-30% for event coordination and execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in planning and executing vendor‑led events and regional tradeshows
Strong data analysis skills to derive actionable recommendations from event success metrics
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams
