The Opportunity As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
Be responsible for supervising one or more related functions in marketing, communications, branding, proposal support, or event coordination.
Understand and communicate the strategy and vision to the assigned work group.
Ensure alignment to functional, divisional and company strategies.
Oversee day‑to‑day operational activities.
Provide direction to the assigned work group.
Work under minimal supervision.
Support lines of business, client groups, or geography as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Co‑develop and implement strategic communications plans that align with the company’s overall business objectives and growth goals.
Craft and refine messaging in support of the brand to resonate with target audiences.
Collaborate with marketing and business leaders to align marketing communications with business goals and product development.
Oversee the creation of high‑impact content that effectively communicates the value of our offerings.
Ensure messaging consistency across all platforms and channels, including digital, print, and in‑person communications.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies, making data‑driven adjustments to optimize performance.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong skills in writing and message development required.
Ability to absorb and translate technical content necessary.
Project management and strategy skills preferred.
Experience with data center, industrial cybersecurity, process engineering, hydrogen or other relevant critical human infrastructure industry encouraged.
Experience in marketing professional services a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
6+ years progressive experience, including 2+ years supervisory.

Work Environment / Physical Demands Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.
