What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide planning support for 12-18 meetings throughout the year, including in-person and hybrid formats
Collaborate with leadership to understand event purposes and proactively develop solutions
Manage all aspects of events, including logistics, engagement support, and budget preparation
Coordinate venue arrangements, including negotiating contracts and overseeing setup requirements
Conduct post-event evaluations and assist in future event planning
What is Required (Qualifications)
Degree in hospitality, public relations, management, or a related field strongly preferred
Proven experience in project management with a successful events track record
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous attention to detail and expert time management skills
