Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for an Associate Director, Patient Experience Excellence Marketing and Branding Strategy to be located in Titusville, NJ with flexibility to work in Horsham, PA.

Job Function Marketing – Multi‑Family Marketing – People Leader – Locations: Horsham, PA; Titusville, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
Branding Strategy Development: Align with Patient Experience and Brand Teams to create and execute comprehensive J&J withMe branding strategies for PECS, ensuring consistent application across the PECS portfolio of TA PSPs and adherence to enterprise J&J withMe branding guidelines. Evaluate competitor patient experience and access offerings and anticipate future trends.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Maintain strong connectivity with Internal Stakeholders (Patient Experience, Solutions, Operations, Market Access, and Brand) to understand evolving business and program needs. Develop and deliver training to help Internal Stakeholders understand messaging and asset submission requirements.
PECS CAC Processes: Participate in CAC reviews to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely approvals of patient support program materials. Serve as the PECS subject matter expert in CAC, ensuring PECS‑approved content is consistently and accurately pulled through.
Operational Excellence: Drive harmonization of J&J patient support program materials where appropriate. Provide a J&J‑wide perspective to ensure consistency in patient support program processes across therapeutic areas.
J&J withMe Message Libraries: Develop and maintain HCP and patient‑facing message libraries that guide all content for J&J withMe. Simplify language to reflect customer needs—supporting patients with empathy and giving providers easy‑to‑use resources.
Performance Metrics: Define advance CAC performance indicators to identify friction points and drive continuous improvement and engagement strategies within CAC/CET processes to increase organizational efficiency and enhance launch effectiveness for all materials and resources.
Unbranded Programs & Materials: Lead development and improvement of patient educational materials. Manage agency partners to create/maintain cross‑franchise educational resources. Serve as Project Owner for cross‑franchise CAC submissions as needed.
Qualifications / Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Postgraduate qualification, MBA, or other graduate degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of dynamic experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
A minimum of 5 years demonstrated in pre‑launch & launch activities, in‑line marketing, market access, marketing support, or sales management/training experience implementing marketing strategy is required.
An ability to manage multiple priorities is required.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment and manage project teams with or without direct report authority is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present to all levels of leadership required.
Commitment to creating an inclusive environment and fostering best thinking across the team is required.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated track record for forging strong, productive relationships with a wide array of colleagues and customers is required.
Compensation & Benefits The anticipated base pay range for this position is $122,000 to $224,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance‑based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following company‑sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Employees are eligible for the following time‑off benefits:
Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time – up to 40 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including floating holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year
