XM Cyber is a leader in the security posture management space, providing a full‑stack Exposure Management platform that helps organizations discover, prioritize, and remediate security gaps across their full attack surface. We are seeking a key player to drive our market presence and pipeline in the critical U.S. region. Responsibilities
Lead Major Industry Events:
Plan, manage, and execute all aspects of large‑scale U.S. industry trade shows (e.g., RSA, Black Hat), including contract negotiation, booth design, vendor management, pre‑and post‑event communication, and comprehensive lead tracking. Regional Program Management:
Conceptualize and deliver targeted regional marketing activities such as executive dinners, hands‑on workshops, and local networking seminars to generate a high‑quality pipeline in key territories. Event Excellence:
Ensure all event logistics are executed flawlessly, maintaining the highest quality of the XM Cyber brand experience and maximizing networking opportunities. Pipeline Generation:
Define clear goals and KPIs for all field activities (MQLs, SALs, Influenced Pipeline) and track performance meticulously to ensure a high return on investment. Sales Partnership:
Serve as the strategic marketing partner to the U.S. Sales organization, aligning all regional activities with territory plans, sales goals, and target account lists. Lead Flow Management:
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure swift and accurate lead upload, routing, and follow‑up, accelerating the sales cycle. Content Localization:
Work with the Global Marketing team to localize messaging and adapt creative assets for U.S‑specific campaigns, ensuring clarity and regional relevance. Budget Oversight:
Manage and meticulously track the U.S. field marketing budget, providing accurate forecasts and ensuring resource allocation is efficient and effective. Qualifications
5+ years of B2B Field Marketing experience in the U.S. market, preferably within the cybersecurity or enterprise software industries. Demonstrated expertise in large‑scale event management and a proven ability to translate event attendance into qualified pipeline. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Strong partnership capabilities with Sales teams, including a deep understanding of sales processes and pipeline metrics (Salesforce proficiency is required). Experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) for campaign execution and reporting. Ability to travel frequently (≈ 25–35 %) to execute events and engage with regional sales teams. Seniority Level
