Marketing Coordinator , you’ll help shape how meaningful infrastructure, architecture, and design work is positioned in the marketplace—supporting growth, strengthening brand presence, and translating technical expertise into compelling stories across three brands. Compensation:
$60,000–$80,000 annually (DOE)
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and manage SOQs and proposal content in collaboration with technical teams
Support business development efforts through research, brand positioning, and messaging
Create, post, and analyze content across social media platforms
Maintain and update website and project portfolio content
Develop quarterly external newsletters and marketing communications
Coordinate project and event photography as needed
Partner closely with engineers, architects, and leadership to support firm-wide initiatives
What You’ll Need to Be Considered
At least three years of practical marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
Hands-on experience supporting marketing initiatives for professional services organizations
Skilled in writing persuasive content, especially for proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs)
Comfortable collaborating with technical teams or subject-matter experts
Experience managing social media accounts and analyzing performance metrics
Familiarity with updating and maintaining websites and project portfolios
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365 applications
Strong ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
What Could Set You Apart
Background in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (A/E/C) industry
Track record of successful proposal and SOQ creation
Exceptional creative writing and storytelling skills
Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating across teams
Experience with photographing projects or events
