Responsible for following up on sales leads out in the field closing at or above company expectations on those leads.

Contacts current and prospective customers to sell and explain services.

Builds and maintains good customer relationships through consistently ethical behavior and excellent communication skills.

Position is not eligible to take incoming leads.

Part‑time 14.00 hour starting up to $15.00 plus commission.

Essential Functions of the Position

Run sales leads, explain services and warranties, and close at the expected rate while building lasting relationships.

Self generate leads when qualified leads are not provided by HomeTeam Pest Defense.

Generate an expected amount of revenue per week, as defined in branch sales goals.

Plan daily to maximize the number of leads worked.

Meet with all assigned prospects via door knocking each day.

Complete all HomeTeam assigned training.

Follow up with customers to close the sale, answer questions, and explain services and warranties.

Provide appropriate paperwork to support all sales. Paperwork is complete, timely, neat, legible, and accurate.

Maintain good customer relationships.

Maintain relationship with Builder Personnel and communicate any updates and/or changes.

Restock sales vehicle to ensure all necessary marketing agreements and POS are available for daily use.

Presents a professional image to the customer through clean uniform, proper self‑hygiene.

Qualifications No experience required – training will be provided!

Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.

Must have a valid driver's license.
