Creative Director / Social Media Manager
Maggie Berghoff, a nationally recognized business mentor and entrepreneur, is building a creative team in Carmel, Indiana or the immediately surrounding cities.
The Creative Director will be responsible for the creation, execution, and publishing of high-performing content across all major social platforms. This high‑output, fast‑paced role requires rapid navigation from idea to post with tight turnaround times. You will ensure Maggie’s personal brand and business reach millions weekly, eventually daily, staying visible, relevant, and consistently top‑of‑feed.
Key Responsibilities
Content Capture & Production: Shoot, edit, and produce 30–40 short‑form videos per week for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts – with 2–3 posts daily, seven days a week, on each platform.
Identify trends quickly and turn ideas into posted content with same‑day or next‑day turnaround when needed.
Write hooks, captions, and on‑screen text optimized for engagement and reach.
Short‑Form Viral Content
Create and test ad creatives including graphics, short‑form videos, hooks, and ad copy.
Develop multiple creative angles and messaging variations to improve performance of posted organic and paid content.
Collaborate with the team for branding, objective, and messaging.
Long‑Form Content
Produce 1–2 premium long‑form videos per week (educational, storytelling, interview, vlog, in‑person events, travel, family, or other brand‑driven media).
Repurpose long‑form content into multiple short‑form assets.
Publishing & Platform Management
Own posting across IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Meta, Pinterest.
Maintain a tight content calendar and ensure no gaps in posting.
Track performance and iterate quickly based on what’s working.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience creating and editing high‑volume short‑form video content.
Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality.
Strong understanding of trends, hooks, and social‑first storytelling.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple deliverables at once.
Comfortable filming and directing content in real‑life environments.
Local to the Indianapolis / Carmel area with availability for in‑person recording.
Full‑time role with a high level of ownership and accountability.
Fast turnaround times are essential; content often moves from capture to post within 24–48 hours.
You are proactive, self‑directed, and comfortable making decisions.
This role is execution‑heavy and best suited for someone who thrives in momentum.
