About the Role Client is seeking
two talented Graphic Designers
to support a wide range of print and digital design projects. This role provides professional design support across university advertising and communications, working within established brand standards while contributing creative innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce print and digital materials including brochures, periodicals, event branding, invitations, signage, websites, social media assets, and direct response marketing.
Support University branding and strategic goals through high-quality visual design.
Collaborate with designers, editors, writers, developers, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
Develop and execute creative concepts aligned with partner goals and brand standards.
Prepare final layouts and manage production schedules for print.
Coordinate with external vendors such as printers, photographers, and illustrators.
Participate in creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team critiques.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong proficiency in
Adobe Creative Cloud , including
InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat .
Experience designing for
print and digital formats .
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with
direct response marketing or brand campaigns .
Familiarity with
Adobe XD and/or After Effects .
Background in
higher education, agency, nonprofit, or institutional environments .
Vendor coordination and print production experience.
