Job Summary
Senior Digital Media Strategist will plan and execute paid media campaigns for our digital health and e‑commerce clients. Responsibilities include developing campaign strategies, managing budgets, optimizing performance, and staying up‑to‑date with industry trends. Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives and target audience. Develop paid media strategies tailored to client goals, including budget allocation and channel selection. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign milestones. Create, set up, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. Develop ad creatives, including copy, images, videos, and landing pages. Implement audience targeting and segmentation strategies. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards. Identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations for optimization. Conduct A/B testing, ad group restructuring, and other optimization techniques. Manage campaign budgets effectively and recommend adjustments based on performance data. Conduct audience research to understand target demographics and behaviors. Create and refine audience segments to maximize relevance and performance. Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies. Analyze competitors’ paid media strategies to identify opportunities and trends. Stay informed about industry developments and emerging advertising technologies. Generate regular reports to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness. Communicate campaign progress, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Address client queries and concerns promptly. Directly manage media strategists to own account execution and client communication. Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 3+ years of agency experience in digital strategy. Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta & Programmatic. Certification in relevant advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus. Hands‑on experience with DSPs such as StackAdapt. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Creative thinking and ability to develop compelling ad content. Proficiency in digital advertising and social media management platforms. Familiarity with SEO is a plus. Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics. Benefits
