Responsibilities
Assist project teams in developing design concepts, drawings, and presentations.
Produce construction documents under supervision of senior staff.
Support site analysis, code research, and permitting processes.
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients.
Contribute to design discussions, model-making, and digital renderings.
Produce permit set & coordinate with city staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
0–2 years of professional experience (internships count).
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong design sense, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Interest in residential design and sustainable practices.
Excellent problem solving skills.
