Retail Sales Manager – MWT | AT&T Authorized Retailer (Bilingual/Spanish)
Location: Franklin, WI
Base pay range: $49,731 – $102,608 per year. Commission structure: Unlimited commission potential.

Job Overview Lead a high‑performance sales team, manage retail operations, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced wireless store.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performance sales team.
Implement and maintain a proven sales process.
Recruit and retain top talent.
Ensure the store is clean, stocked, and equipped with the latest technology.
Drive product sales, service upsells, and customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory, operational metrics, and store performance.
Ensure safety and compliance with company standards and local guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years managing a high‑traffic, sales‑driven retail wireless store.
Proven history of closing sales.
Managed at least 3 direct reports in a retail or related environment.
High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA Preferred.
Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week, travel to local events, and stand all day.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
