Retail Sales Manager, MWT – AT&T Authorized Retailer
We are looking for a Retail Sales Manager to lead our high‑performing retail wireless store, located in the Greater Lakes Region. This is a full‑time position with base pay between
$64,625.00
and
$129,440.00
per year, plus unlimited commission potential and comprehensive benefits.

Job Responsibilities
Manage a high‑traffic, sales‑driven retail wireless store.
Develop and execute a proven sales process.
Recruit, coach, and develop staff.
Maintain a dynamic, positive team atmosphere.
Drive store results to meet or exceed goals.
Leverage strong customer focus to grow sales.
Job Requirements
Minimum 4 years managing a high‑traffic retailer in the wireless sales field.
Demonstrated ability to close sales.
Experience managing at least 3 direct reports.
Strong recruitment and coaching history.
High School Diploma or equivalent; BS/BA preferred.
Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week and perform related tasks.
Fluency in Spanish
is preferred.
