Pay and Compensation Base pay range: $57,190.00/yr – $114,549.00/yr. Compensation range: $64,625 – $129,440 per year with Unlimited Commission Potential.
Position Overview Full‑time Retail Selling Store Manager. Responsible for leading a high‑traffic wireless retail store, managing sales staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and maintaining inventory and visual merchandising standards. Required to complete a pre‑screening assessment prior to interview.
Key Responsibilities
Guide and motivate a high‑performance sales team to exceed sales targets and service metrics.
Develop and execute a sales process that drives conversions and customer loyalty.
Recruit, coach, and develop direct reports; build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Analyze sales data, create reports, and adjust strategies to maximize revenue.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, well‑stocked, and welcoming.
Collaborate with corporate and brand teams to implement marketing initiatives, schedule events, and manage promotions.
Lead by example, embody the company’s core values and commitment to customer excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; BS/BA preferred.
Minimum 4 years of proven work history in Retail Wireless Sales with direct sales closure experience.
Prior management experience with at least 3 direct reports in a retail sales environment.
Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop a sales team.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
Physical capacity to work 40+ hours weekly, stand and walk all day, and perform occasional travel to local events or store set‑up/tear‑down.
