Job Responsibilities & Qualifications We’re looking for a Retail Sales Leader who thrives on performance. A minimum of 4 years managing a high traffic, sales driven retail wireless store.
Understand the art of selling and can demonstrate a sales process.
Have an eye for “talent” and a successful history of recruiting.
Experience in coaching and developing existing staff.
GRIT – discipline to go beyond obstacles to achieve goals.
Dynamic personality and positive energy.
Desire to grow professionally.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA Preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of proven work history & success in Retail Wireless Sales position dealing directly with closing sales.
Managed a minimum of 3 direct reports in a retail sales environment.
Physical Capacity: ability to work 40+ hours each week, travel to local events, set up, tear down, stand on feet all day.
