What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and increase vehicle remarketing fee revenue within a defined territory

Train, equip, and support auto dealerships in using the SmartAuction platform

Maintain daily in-person customer contacts to grow the dealer base

Facilitate onboarding and training for new dealer customers

Ensure dealer customers are informed about current promotions and incentives

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field

Experience interfacing with automotive dealers

High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred

Strong direct selling skills suitable for a commission‑based compensation plan

Ability to manage projects and provide strategic advice in areas of expertise

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience with online vehicle remarketing platforms

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment

Familiarity with training and coaching methodologies for dealer customers

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients

Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics in the automotive sector
