What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and increase vehicle remarketing fee revenue within a defined territory
Train and equip auto dealerships on utilizing the online vehicle remarketing platform, SmartAuction
Conduct daily in-person customer contacts to grow the engaged dealer base
Facilitate dealer introductions, onboarding, and sales support as needed
Ensure dealer customers are informed about current promotions and incentives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years in the financial services industry preferred
At least 3 years of outside sales experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred
Ability to provide expert advice and direction in primary areas of expertise
Strong direct selling skills conducive to a commission-based compensation plan
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in sales training or coaching for dealerships
Familiarity with vehicle remarketing platforms or similar technologies
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results
