The Paid Digital Marketing Specialist will execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, and other search engines. This role will also manage retargeting strategies to recover abandoned carts and drive new purchases. The specialist will work closely with the Head of E-commerce to implement campaigns following our proven methodology, ensuring consistency and performance. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in paid media, a strong analytical mindset, and a willingness to learn and adapt to our approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, and other search engines.
Manage PPC campaigns, including keyword research and bid strategies.
Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust to meet ROAS and CPA targets.
Collaborate with the Head of E-commerce to ensure campaigns follow established methodology and brand guidelines.
Analyze data and prepare performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Stay current on platform updates and best practices while applying them within our structured approach.
Work closely with creative and merchandising teams to align ads with product priorities and promotions.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, Bing, TikTok).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in PPC campaign setup, optimization, and reporting; familiarity with retargeting strategies and audience segmentation.
Analytical Ability: Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR) and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
Tools: Experience with ad platforms, Google Analytics, and basic knowledge of tracking pixels and attribution.
Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn and follow established methodologies.
MUST HAVE: Experience in e-commerce or DTC Shopify brands is a plus.
