We are seeking a highly skilled
Paid Media Specialist
with deep expertise in
PPC and Meta Ads
to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns. This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who thrives in
e-commerce environments
and understands the full funnel—from customer acquisition to retention and profitability.
You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and scaling paid media initiatives that drive revenue growth, maximize ROAS, and align with broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive
paid media strategies
across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other PPC platforms.
Own
end-to-end campaign implementation , including account structure, audience development, keyword research, creative testing, and bid strategies.
Manage and optimize
e-commerce-focused campaigns , including prospecting, retargeting, and retention initiatives.
Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, CAC, conversion rates) and continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency and scale.
Collaborate with creative, CRO, and analytics teams to align ad messaging, landing pages, and funnel performance.
Lead
A/B testing
initiatives across ad creatives, audiences, offers, and landing experiences.
Manage budgets effectively while scaling profitable campaigns.
Monitor platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide clear reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience
managing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on
PPC and Meta Ads .
Proven success managing
e-commerce advertising accounts
with measurable revenue impact.
Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and conversion tracking (GA4, pixels, events, CAPI).
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, attribution models, and customer journey mapping.
Experience scaling campaigns with significant monthly ad spend.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with additional platforms (TikTok Ads, YouTube, Pinterest, Amazon Ads).
Familiarity with CRO tools and methodologies.
Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
Agency or high-growth DTC brand experience.
