Job Duties: Conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential dentists in the field to offer service Nurture relationships with current dentists by initiating regular meetings within the current territory (Lunch and Learn) Monitor the company’s competitors and market trends to understand and adjust the strategy to gain more referrals Create and monitor a pipeline with existing and future leads Report on the territory and new dentists and current referral base Build relationships with dentists through holiday gifts and email campaigns Share digital information via social media outlets to current and potential dentists Support our doctors in building relationships with referring and new dentists Recaps, reporting, agendas, and timelines to direct manager Produce research and competitive analysis Requirements: High School or equivalent (GED) Previous dental customer service experience preferred Client services experience preferred Creative and Organized Community Outreach (1 year preferred) Strong Interpersonal skills Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients Strong Speaking Skills Driver’s License Working Hours/Location: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (must be flexible) Occasional Saturdays Some Holidays Location is in the field and will be traveling 95% of the job Reporting base location: 5640 Emerson Way, Indianapolis, IN 46220 Benefits (for Our Full-time Employees): Company vehicle, iPass, and gas card (contingent upon successfully clearing the Motor Vehicle Records background check) Paid Time Off Holiday Pay Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Accident Insurance Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program Health Savings Account Dependent Care Account 401(k) and matching Pet Insurance Tuition Assistance Program Identity Theft Protection MetLife Met Law Legal Insurance Transit Reimbursement - Commuter Account Free and discounted Orthodontic Treatments Salary Description: $45,000–$50,000 annually Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Marketing and Sales Industries: Hospitals and Health Care
