Responsibilities
Meeting Preparation
Enter and update seasonal artwork, maintain files and storage of Graphic Design materials, reference strike-offs, and other physical samples.
Assist in preparation for key meetings: organize artwork strike-offs, prepare reports, PowerPoint presentations and room setup.
Coordinate and collect all supporting documentation ahead of key team meetings and cross‑functional business reviews; assist in detailed note-taking during any design related meetings.
Assist Graphic Designer with trend/market research, following seasonal runaway trends, style blogs/magazines, aspirational brands and online influencers relevant to product category.
Data Management and Organization
Create and review a wide variety of documents such as correspondence, presentations, tracking forms, and various confidential documents; proof, edit and transcribe appropriate documents.
Perform related clerical and administrative activities such as responding to email, data entry into PLM, processing mail, and setting up and maintaining files; other admin duties as needed.
Manage the artwork request process and own entry and maintenance of all artwork.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure product development calendar timelines are met. This includes accurate entry of product data, communicating issues to Graphic Design and Product Managers that may impact the timeline.
Artwork Management
Coordinate artwork for milestone meetings and reviews.
Responsible for artwork comments, BOMs and specifications; ensure timely, accurate and complete data entry of Tech Pack Information; make updates as needed to maintain integrity of all artwork performance and verify all claims.
Qualifications
Associate's Degree.
1 year of experience.
Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD.
Experience with updating artwork pitch sheets and tech packs in Adobe Illustrator.
Familiarity with a PLM system.
Microsoft PowerPoint required.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated passion for apparel trend, fashion and consumer behavior.
Sense of accountability and strong work ethic.
Virtual Requirements
Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews.
AI tools are not permitted to be used by the candidate during any part of the interview process.
