Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
Our client is an asset management firm. They seek a Senior Investor Relations & Marketing Associate to join their Westport, CT office.
Responsibilities
Administer the distribution of existing marketing collateral and support the strategic development of digital, video, website, and investor-facing materials
Direct timelines for content production and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and year-end marketing materials and investor communications
Partner with investment, compliance, sales, and research teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials
Develop content for email campaigns, presentations, LinkedIn posts, videos, and other communication channels
Execute virtual and live event processes, including promotion, presentation preparation, technology setup, and onsite support
Supervise the outside digital marketing contractor relationship, including project management, timelines, and vendor oversight
Update the firm’s due diligence questionnaire and oversee completion of external DDQs on an ad-hoc basis
Evaluate digital engagement metrics, website traffic, and client interaction data to support sales effectiveness
Maintain industry databases and CRM systems, ensuring accurate product, firm, and client data while generating reports as needed
Cultivate relationships with current and prospective investors, managing inbound inquiries, coordinating follow-up, supporting transactions, and assisting with meeting preparation and sales targeting efforts
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
8-10 years of experience in financial services, marketing, operations, client services, or investor relations
Understanding of investor solutions and U.S wealth management
Knowledge of digital content platforms (Canva, Adobe, WordPress, LinkedIn, Google)
Excellent project management skills and ability to work effectively across teams
Detail-oriented and highly analytical
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Series 7 license is a plus
CRM database experience is required
