Growth Marketing - SEM – W3Global
Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid)

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000
Position Summary The Growth Marketer for SEM will optimize, scale, and expand paid search campaigns across Google and Bing. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth through data‑driven analysis, structured experimentation, and hands‑on campaign management. The ideal candidate will have deep SEM experience, an analytical mindset, strong command of bidding strategies, and the ability to identify insights that improve ROI. This is a hybrid position based in Dallas and reports directly to the Head of Growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize SEM accounts including campaign, ad group, keyword, and creative development
Execute performance focused paid search strategies across domestic and international markets
Create, analyze, and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns
Identify opportunities to efficiently grow traffic and revenue
Collect and analyze data from search engines and internal sources to identify trends and maximize ROI
Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve performance
Identify expansion opportunities and launch new local market campaigns
Collaborate with Product and Engineering on landing page optimization to increase conversion rates and quality scores
Minimum Qualifications
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
Five or more years of SEM experience with Google and Bing
Proficiency with bulk management tools such as Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Advertising Editor
Expertise with bidding tools such as Google Smart Bidding or Kenshoo
Strong proficiency in spreadsheets including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel
Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven approach
High attention to detail and adaptability in a fast‑moving environment
Self‑starter who thrives in an ambiguous startup setting
Competitive and entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in an early‑stage or high‑growth environment
Background in travel or consumer‑focused industries
Proven success creating and optimizing marketing campaigns
Experience working on search‑driven or performance‑led products
Familiarity with marketing attribution modeling
Experience managing complex advertising account structures
