This role joins a high-velocity team responsible for shaping the next chapter of Swish.

About the Role You’ll be the engine of Swish’s daily content machine — the person who turns our live streams, breakers, athletes, collectors, and cultural moments into high-impact, platform-native social content. You’ll own social strategy and execution across TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts, X, and emerging channels. You’ll drive the editorial calendar, lead the social team, surface insights, and ensure Swish shows up every day with speed, clarity, and personality. You’ll work hand-in-hand with a team to translate brand direction into channel-ready content, and collaborate with creators, influencers, and athletes to integrate Swish naturally and authentically into their worlds. Responsibilities

Own and operate Swish’s social-first content engine across TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts, and X — planning, producing, posting, and optimizing daily content

Run the editorial calendar, aligning it to live streams, big hits, product drops, creators, athletes, and cultural moments

Lead and develop the social team, building fast, repeatable workflows for clipping, editing, approvals, posting, and community management

Collaborate with creators, influencers, and athletes to integrate Swish naturally into their content and drive brand impact

Use analytics and AI-powered tools to track performance, run experiments, and rapidly evolve our channel playbooks

Partner with Brand, Creative, Production, CRM, and Growth to ensure social amplifies key campaigns, tentpoles, and Swish’s overall content strategy

Build a high-performance team with clear roles, growth paths, and expectations

Experience & Qualifications

5–8+ years running social media for a creator-forward brand, sports/media company, or high-velocity startup

Proven ability to own a social strategy AND execute daily content at speed

Experience managing a small but mighty social/content team

Excellent instincts around creative hooks, pacing, packaging, and platform-native storytelling

Deep fluency with IG, TikTok, and Shorts — you understand retention curves, watch-time behavior, and why things blow up

Comfortable ideating with creators, influencers, and athletes; you can spot what feels forced vs what feels natural

Highly organized with a knack for building efficient content systems

Data-literate and AI-literate — you use tools to scale and optimize, not to replace taste

Thrives in a fast-paced, live-commerce environment where timing matters and good ideas don’t wait

Bonus Points

Experience in live shopping, creator marketplaces, ecommerce, sports, and/or TCG
