Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy tailored to the real estate sector
Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Collaborate with the director of marketing to align content with brand messaging and campaign goals
Monitor social media trends and adapt content to maximize reach and engagement
Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future content
Respond to audience interactions and foster a positive online community
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and industry best practices
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably within real estate or related industries
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective social media campaigns
Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for improved engagement
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
Availability for potential long‑term collaboration
