Deliverables
Manage and schedule regular posts on Instagram and TikTok
Edit and optimize short‑form video content for maximum engagement
Write compelling captions in both English and French
Monitor trends and suggest creative content ideas to increase reach and virality
Collaborate closely to bring personal stories and ideas to life
Track analytics and adjust strategies to improve performance
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media accounts, especially Instagram and TikTok
Strong video editing skills for mobile‑first content
Native or fluent proficiency in both English and French
Creative writing ability for engaging, culturally relevant captionsUnderstanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting
Availability for ongoing, long‑term collaboration
