Overview Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is a prestigious property management firm headquartered in Irvine. Since 1982, we have led the way in Southern California, providing superior customer care for clients in planned‑unit developments, condos, mixed‑use, commercial, new project developments, large‑scale onsite communities, and master‑planned community associations. The Director of Community Management oversees a portfolio of communities and a group of Community Association Managers, manages special projects, ensures success for all Community Association Managers, assists the Regional Manager, builds and manages teams, and maintains client satisfaction and account retention.
Responsibilities
Partner with the association's Board of Directors and internal departments to introduce and integrate new programs, services, and initiatives; act as liaison to ensure quality service, meet Board expectations, and respond promptly to questions and issues.
Oversee and manage the budget and P&L for the assigned team.
Maintain overall group performance relating to client satisfaction and account retention.
Participate in the hiring process, management, and training; follow all Human Resources policies.
Attend one board meeting per year for each account of managers supervised.
Monitor and develop Team Member performance, including supervision, scheduling, counseling, and recognition.
Ensure Team Members have current knowledge of services, facilities, properties, events, and other information required to provide excellent customer service.
Make merit decisions within budget or established guidelines.
Maintain knowledge of contracts between the association, vendors, and Keystone Pacific; ensure all contractual obligations are met and monitor vendor contracts regularly.
Act as primary liaison with homeowners, providing information and resources needed for excellent customer service.
Conduct on‑site inspections as required contractually; identify deficiencies and provide recommendations and action plans to improve the property.
Lead change management activities needed to support organization development and new technology initiatives.
Support the sales and growth goals for the region by developing leads and delivering sales presentations to potential clients.
Practice and adhere to Keystone’s Core Values, Mission, and Vision.
Any additional job duties as required by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean DMV record.
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to and from communities.
Verifiable references.
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to lead others through mentorship and training.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business desired.
High School Diploma or GED required.
3‑5 years of experience as a Community Manager.
Supervisory experience strongly desired.
Must maintain/possess CMCA.
Must possess/be in pursuit of PCAM.
Work Environment
Ability to visit communities for meetings and inspections.
Ability to sit, stand, and operate business equipment; frequent use of telephone and headset.
Typical office environment with low‑level noise exposure.
