This Isn’t Another LXD Job.

It’s the chance to redefine what learning feels like: to craft the experiences inside the OS for Human Greatness Augmented with AI.

Science-backed. Design-led. AI-powered. Global.

At Paradox, we’re building a new category: an ecosystem that fuses neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioural transformation so that people don’t just consume knowledge, but rewire who they are.

You’ll be designing experiences, not lessons.

Deep inside you are looking for a new adventure with…

Ambition, Impact, Mission

Ambition: Smart teammates driven to create an iconic international product

Impact: you strive for making a real difference in the company growth, and not be a number in a big organization

Mission: knowing your greatness left a mark in people’s lives through technology and behavioural science

What We Build We combine Human Intelligence, Structured Intelligence, and Technological Intelligence to create a seamless ecosystem:

Paradox OS .

Your mission is to turn this ecosystem into beautifully orchestrated learning arcs that feel alive, cinematic, and deeply human.

Responsibilities

Learning Experience Architecture – own the full learning system from architecture to execution.

Design journeys, not just content and lessons.

Script learning experiences that engage both heart and brain; each word, exercise, and soundscape must serve transformation.

Ensure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem: loops, PX agents, protocols, membership.

Craft premium, high-impact course experiences.

Co‑craft courses with experts, translating their genius into cinematic, science‑based learning journeys.

Lead the end‑to‑end design of the course: strategy, content delivery.

Own scripting, copywriting, and creation of educational assets (learning modules, assessments, reflection prompts, supplemental materials).

Conduct desk and user research to inform course goals, learner personas, curriculum structure.

Craft AI conversations and loops; write and optimize prompt chains, refine tone and flow until every exchange feels human and transformative.

Analyze, measure, iterate for transformation and stickiness; define KPIs of transformation, not just completion.

Identify where transformation breaks through user analysis; drive daily practice and retention using habit formation, self‑determination theory, and behavioural triggers.

Qualifications

3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred).

Have shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results.

Comfortable with AI tools and Figma.

Proven track record of designing and delivering digital learning experiences across diverse asset types (video, written articles, assessments, interactive experiences, etc.).

Portfolio of one or more cinematic or narrative‑rich courses or learning programs.

Traits

Craft‑obsessed: a doer mentality, bias for outcomes, willing to work beyond 9‑5.

Strong writing skills and aesthetic sensibility.

User and impact obsessed: think in outcomes, not outputs.

Critical thinker: turn vague problems into clear hypotheses, challenge assumptions, rebuild models grounded in data.

Digital and AI savvy: able to build AI agents or willing to learn.

Language Requirements French: native. English: fluent, able to hold a conversation on specific details with English‑speaking colleagues. Written communication in English.
