Hey — Let's find your next opportunity PAVOI has grown into a leading 9-figure brand in the jewelry and activewear industries - and we’re just getting started. We’re looking for a trend-savvy, culturally fluent Social Media & Content Creator who lives and breathes Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who doesn’t just scroll social media, but studies it - someone who knows what performs, what flops, and why. You’ll take ownership of content creation, social strategy, and live shopping initiatives, helping define PAVOI’s digital identity while driving engagement, sales, and brand love.

You’ll ideate, shoot, and edit social-first content that stops the scroll, sparks conversation, and connects with our audience in real time. You’ll collaborate across teams, test what’s next, and represent the brand both behind and in front of the camera - whether that’s styling, try‑ons, or hosting live shopping events.

Key Responsibilities Trend Analysis & Creative Execution

Stay ahead of social, fashion, and cultural trends – translating insights into scroll‑stopping content that resonates with our audience and elevates PAVOI’s aesthetic

Brainstorm, plan, shoot, and edit content for Reels, TikToks, Stories, and more

Ideate strong hooks, self‑shoot when needed, brief editors, and optimize captions, calls‑to‑action (CTAs), and thumbnails for maximum engagement and reach

Write engaging, platform‑optimized copy that’s authentically on‑brand

Be proactive in pitching creative concepts before they’re everywhere – reacting quickly to cultural trends, product moments, and viral opportunities

Occasionally represent the brand in content (styling, try‑ons, trend breakdowns, or live shopping)

Continuously test new short‑form formats and creative directions to drive growth, engagement, and conversion

Develop and manage a social content calendar, planning, producing, and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging social platforms

Maintain a creative library to maximize content efficiency and reuse

Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to produce social‑first campaigns and evergreen assets

Create high‑performing Reels/TikToks with quick turnaround (under 24 hours when needed)

Balance speed and strategy – ensuring every post supports larger brand and business goals while maintaining PAVOI’s creative identity

Live Shopping & Social Commerce

Plan and execute live shopping events on TikTok Shop and Instagram Live

Track live performance metrics (viewership, engagement, conversions) and use insights to optimize future sessions

Integrate live content into broader social strategies to convert engagement into measurable sales outcomes

Analytics & Optimization

Monitor content performance and provide actionable recommendations based on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics

Test, learn, and refine strategies to boost content effectiveness and platform growth

Balance creativity with performance – ensuring every post serves a purpose, whether engagement, awareness, or conversion

Report key learnings to cross‑functional teams, connecting social success to tangible business outcomes

Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Support

Partner with marketing, creative, and product teams to align content with product launches and campaigns

Support influencer and UGC initiatives, from sourcing creators to managing content pipelines

Provide creative input for paid social campaigns and assist in testing ad content

Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure social storytelling supports brand positioning, product goals, and community connection

2+ years of experience creating content for brands, campaigns, or personal projects (portfolio required)

Proven track record of growing social accounts with before/after metrics
