Role Summary This role sits at the heart of HealthPrime’s day-to-day marketing execution. As the Web & Content Manager, you are the person who ensures that content gets published, pages get built, social posts go live, and HubSpot is properly configured.

You don’t need to be a designer or an analyst—but you should have excellent digital instincts, an eye for layout, and comfort navigating marketing tech.

Core Responsibilities Website Execution & Publishing

Build and update WordPress pages using templates.

Implement new sections, modules, forms, and page layouts based on direction and analytics insights.

QA all updates for brand consistency, spacing, responsive design, and clarity.

Maintain and organize site assets (files, images, docs).

HubSpot Content Operations

Publish blog posts, resources, landing pages, and email templates.

Set up CTAs, embed forms, manage lists and tags.

Ensure content is properly linked, attributed, and measured.

Support the content team by preparing assets for editorial review.

Social Scheduling & Light Content Ops

Schedule pre‑written social posts across platforms (especially LinkedIn).

Upload images, format snippets, ensure tracking and tagging are correct.

Maintain the editorial and social calendars in coordination with the writer.

Quality & Brand Stewardship

Apply consistent formatting, layout structure, and brand rules.

Ensure the “visual experience” of pages matches HealthPrime’s tone and expectations.

Prepare simple visual assets when needed (cropping, resizing).

Bonus Skills Hiring Manager Loves Bonus Technical Skills

Light HTML/CSS familiarity for adjusting blocks or templates

Experience with other CMS platforms (Drupal, Webflow)

Familiarity with basic SEO (titles, descriptions, redirects)

Bonus Creative Skills

Light design or UX sense from prior roles

Ability to build PowerPoint slides or apply templates

Understanding how to communicate visually (spacing, hierarchy, flow)

Bonus Marketing Ops Skills

Can help organize folders, content libraries, and spreadsheets

Good documentation habits—keeps SOPs, naming conventions, checklists

Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make)

Extra Credit Superpowers

Comfort presenting ideas for layout improvements

Strong communication across teams (content, digital, events)

Ability to anticipate needs before being asked (Hiring Manager loves this)
