Help us build, optimize and analyze search campaigns, scale paid search volume while maximizing our return on investment, and reinforce search channels with data, consumer insight, best practices and infrastructure improvements. Responsibilities
Responsible for overall e-commerce digital marketing strategy and revenue growth
Drive paid search & social strategy and day-to-day operations (Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), with the goal of driving incremental revenues
Manage email marketing automation campaigns using Klaviyo
Build and manage all automated email and SMS campaigns and multi-channel workflows
Develop and execute impactful communication campaigns informed by a test-and-learn approach, rigorous quantitative analysis, insights from market research, and overarching business goals
Build the project roadmap and communication calendar for the email channel, launch and monitor direct response campaigns, and assist with developing tracking and reporting infrastructure
Build target audiences in Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads
Initiate testing for display re-engagement and video advertising via Google Display Network and YouTube advertising
Develop a systematic A/B split testing process to maximize user engagement and nurture customer acquisition
Collaborate with other channel owners to ensure consistent messaging across all performance marketing mediums
Build monthly and weekly reporting for KPI tracking
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of digital marketing strategy development, execution, and optimization in data-driven, customer-centric environments
3+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and paid social marketing
2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting cycle
Expert in Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads
Deep understanding of A/B testing
Familiarity with using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Segment, Optimizely, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Experience with email personalization
Experience with third-party SEM buying and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Marin, SEMRush, Google Analytics, etc.)
Excellent communicator in oral and written English
Great team player with strong attention to detail
Thrives in a fluid, fast-paced and results-oriented environment; able to adapt to changing business needs and influence decision-making across all levels of the organization
Curious, independent, rigorous and proactive
C1 or C2 English proficiency level
