Responsibilities

Team Management & Support:

supervise and support Marketing Coordinators , providing direction, feedback, and support. Assign and track tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects. Foster collaboration and communication within the Marketing Team.

Marketing & Communications: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns. Support social media content planning and scheduling. Help create materials (graphics, flyers, newsletters, presentations) to promote Surmount’s programs and initiatives. Maintain brand consistency across platforms and communications.

Collaborate with other teams (Programs, Development, Operations) to support their outreach needs.

Provide updates to the Executive Director on progress, challenges, and successes.

Track and share analytics/insights to improve engagement and outreach.

Qualifications

Age Minimum (with Adult): 18+ , Minimum Age:18+

Population Served Families, Homeless, Low-income communities, Youth
