Fort HealthCare is a patient-centered hospital and healthcare system serving individuals, businesses and families in Jefferson, Dane, and Walworth Counties, and we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. The Marketing Specialist implements hospital-wide internal and external communications, in addition to the execution of the tactical marketing plan and community initiatives. Responsibilities of this position include: Develops and creates marketing resources that support our brand strategy, including printed collateral, product videos, testimonial videos, website copy, etc. Schedules podcast guests and works with podcast vendors to develop corresponding articles and social posts. Leads physician and provider onboarding needs of the department, including meeting with physicians, writing bios, scheduling headshots, etc. Assists in creating a communication plan to be used across all marketing and PR. Collaborates with the Marketing team to execute marketing plans. Organizes and participates in community outreach programs and events. Project leads for special marketing programs based on the needs of the organization. Writes copy and assists in creation of brochures, blogs, digital ads, publications, and print collateral. Oversees online brochure/print storefront for organizational ordering. Assists coordinating hospital promotional events such as open houses, ceremonies, health fairs; videography and photography as needed. Serves as Marketing representative on internal committees as needed.

Requirements for this position include: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing role, assisting in the execution of marketing plans and initiatives, as well as 2 years of writing experience. Experience using Adobe Suite or Canva. Education

Bachelors or better in Marketing. Experience Licenses & Certifications
