Marketing Specialist – Fort HealthCare
Fort HealthCare is a patient‑centered hospital and healthcare system serving Jefferson, Dane, and Walworth Counties. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and implement hospital‑wide internal and external communications, executing the tactical marketing plan and community initiatives.
Shift:
80 hours per bi‑weekly pay period Employment type:
Full time Day shift Position is onsite
Responsibilities
Develop and create marketing resources that support our brand strategy, including printed collateral, product videos, testimonial videos, website copy, etc.
Schedule podcast guests and work with podcast vendors to develop corresponding articles and social posts.
Lead physician and provider onboarding needs of the department, including meeting with physicians, writing bios, scheduling headshots, etc.
Assist in creating a communication plan to be used across all marketing and PR.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute marketing plans.
Organize and participate in community outreach programs and events.
Project lead for special marketing programs based on the needs of the organization.
Write copy and assist in creation of brochures, blogs, digital ads, publications, and print collateral.
Oversee online brochure/print storefront for organizational ordering.
Assist coordinating hospital promotional events such as open houses, ceremonies, health fairs; videography and photography as needed.
Serve as Marketing representative on internal committees as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing role, assisting in the execution of marketing plans and initiatives, as well as 2 years of writing experience.
Experience using Adobe Suite or Canva.
