Hands-on Revit experience – from academic projects to professional work – paired with the ability to model clearly and accurately
Drafting/documentation skills and an understanding of how design systems come together
Experience with construction documentation or a strong willingness to learn
Comfort using both imperial and metric systems
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment
Familiarity with AutoCAD and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Bonus Skills – Preferred
Familiarity with architectural, civil, mechanical, or landscape design concepts Experience with 3D piping, native 3D modeling, Revit families, or template creation Knowledge of BIM360/ACC or other cloud-based project coordination platforms A degree in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related technical field Responsibilities & Duties
