Martin Aquatic is seeking a detail-oriented and technically minded Production Designer with experience in Revit – at any level – to join our collaborative design and engineering team. Whether you’re early in your career, transitioning from another Revit-heavy discipline, or bringing several years of drafting or BIM experience, we welcome applicants with a strong foundation in Revit and a passion for high-quality production work.

Qualifications & Skills

Hands‑on Revit experience – from academic projects to professional work – paired with the ability to model clearly and accurately

Drafting/documentation skills and an understanding of how design systems come together

Experience with construction documentation or a strong willingness to learn

Comfort using both imperial and metric systems

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment

Familiarity with AutoCAD and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Bonus Skills – Preferred

Familiarity with architectural, civil, mechanical, or landscape design concepts

Experience with 3D piping, native 3D modeling, Revit families, or template creation

Knowledge of BIM360/ACC or other cloud-based project coordination platforms

A degree in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related technical field

Responsibilities & Duties

Produce and coordinate construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD for both U.S. and international aquatic projects

Assist in developing and refining BIM models and design documentation

Apply technical and design principles to support system layouts and production needs

Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure accuracy and innovation in project deliverables

Follow and help maintain company standards to support consistent, high-quality drawing production
