We combine video chat, texting, lessons, journaling, and discussions to simplify Kingdom building, mentoring, and spiritual growth. Our Purpose, Vision, and Impact Purpose: Equipping Christians to bring non‑Christians into the Kingdom of God and growing a worldwide movement of discipleship that Christians live 24/7/365.
Vision: Increase discipleship, enhance evangelism, deepen personal connections among Christians, and lead more people to have a relationship with God.
Impact: End the exodus of believers, spread the word to unreached groups, and eradicate the drought of effective discipleship.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop online Bible interaction modules that inspire users to apply biblical principles.
Create high‑quality instructional materials including videos, quizzes, discussion prompts, and multimedia.
Enhance user engagement and retention using innovative instructional design techniques.
Collaborate with theologians, educators, and team members to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Design assessments and feedback mechanisms to measure effectiveness and application.
Stay updated on the latest trends in instructional design and online education to continually improve our offerings.
Qualifications
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Theology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: Proven experience in instructional design, preferably in online education or religious studies.
Technical skills: Proficiency in e‑learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, 360 Adobe Captivate, Elucidat), multimedia creation, and LMS.
Video and recording software: Camtasia, Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro.
Graphic design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
Creativity: Strong visual and interactive design skills.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.
Passion for Biblical teachings: In‑depth understanding of biblical principles.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Learner engagement metrics (time spent, interaction rates, discussion participation).
Completion rates and drop‑off points.
Knowledge retention via pre‑ and post‑assessment scores.
User feedback ratings and qualitative comments.
Content quality (number of revisions, adherence to timelines, stakeholder satisfaction).
