Position Summary As a Marketing and Social Media Specialist, your responsibilities include:

Social Media Management

Manage and curate content across various social media channels (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Create compelling and relevant content that aligns with our brand identity.

Engage with our audience, respond to queries, and foster community interaction.

Campaign Development

Plan and execute social media campaigns to attract more people to our services and events.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.

Continuously evolve strategies based on insights and data.

Content Creation

Develop creative content, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.

Ensure content resonates with our target audience.

Brand Identity and Guidelines

Create and maintain branding and style guidelines.

Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Online‑to‑Offline Integration

Bridge the gap between online and offline experiences.

Align digital efforts with in‑person ministry initiatives.

Reporting and Analysis

Use data to create detailed reports.

Inform future marketing decisions based on insights.

Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess:

Digital savvy – proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing techniques.

Creativity – ability to create visually appealing content and write engaging copy.
