Responsibilities
Align key stakeholders across business units on deliverables, specifications, timelines, budgets, and resourcing.
Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for show production teams, streamlining communication and asset delivery across the marketing organization.
Partner with marketing vendors and internal post-production teams to distribute shows and footage for editing and finishing.
Communicate deadlines, asset needs, and production issues to ensure smooth editing, finishing, and on-time delivery.
Manage and negotiate project budgets, identifying cost efficiencies when possible.
Requirements
3+ years of marketing or communications experience, preferably within television or streaming.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, expense reporting, prioritization, and problem-solving.
Experience working with in-house creative teams, producers, and external agencies.
Understanding of linear, streaming, print, and digital production workflows.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
