US Commercial Marketing Manager (Sterilization Monitoring Consumables)

Responsibilities
Develop and execute US-specific marketing plans for sterilization monitoring consumables aligned with global strategy
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities
Define and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and business impact
Partner with Sales to develop and deploy tools, messaging, and training that support field execution and drive adoptionLead the creation of sales collateral, value propositions, and objection-handling resources tailored to customer segments
Support sales team with strategic account planning and customer engagement strategies
Serve as the US commercial lead for the sterilization monitoring consumables portfolio
Collaborate with Global Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory teams to ensure product positioning, lifecycle planning, and launch readiness
Requirements
6+ years of experience in marketing and content creation
5+ years of experience in healthcare or medical device marketing, preferably in infection consumables
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field, or equivalent experience
Strong analytical, communication, collaboration and project management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
Ability to quickly make data driven decisions
Ability to leverage MS Excel and PowerPoint
