UX Designer – 12-month W2 contract
As an Intermediate UX Designer, you will collaborate within high‑performing, cross‑organizational teams to enhance Member experiences. Key responsibilities include generating ideas, creating prototypes, and delivering high‑fidelity design solutions in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates should possess strong skills in communication, collaboration, facilitation, and proficiency in design tools. A portfolio showcasing relevant digital design experience is required.
Daily Duties
Defining business problems and design requirements.
Facilitating design sessions.
Collaborating with team members to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
Navigating the entire workflow from discovery through delivery.
Participating in research efforts, synthesizing findings, and creating end‑to‑end member experiences.
Presenting work effectively and ensuring compliance with risk‑management policies.
Requirements
Four years of experience in Product Design or UX Design.
Ability to apply human‑centered design principles and methods to create effective solutions that align with user needs.
Working understanding of best practices in website navigation, mobile patterns, information architecture, and usability.
Experience designing user interfaces for responsive web and native applications (iOS, Android, etc.).
Skilled in facilitating cross‑functional sessions, collaborating with team members, and building consensus among diverse groups.
Technology
Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features such as Auto Layout.
Experience working with a mature Design System.
Jira experience (plus).
