Base pay range: $44.28/hr - $63.27/hr
A leading digital media and streaming organization is seeking a Manager, Title Marketing to help shape how a diverse portfolio of original and licensed content is presented to audiences. This role plays a key part in defining and executing title-level marketing strategies, developing both evergreen campaigns and customized initiatives for priority films and series. Reporting to senior marketing leadership, the position offers the opportunity to collaborate across creative and strategic teams in a fast-paced, content-driven environment. This is a fully remote role.
Job Function
Develop and execute innovative, data-driven title marketing strategies.
Lead 360° campaign development, from internal kick-off to Go To Market presentations with senior leadership and creative partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Communications, Media, Creative, Content, Product, Research & Analytics, and Growth teams to drive awareness and viewership.
Partner with in-house creative team and external agencies to produce high-impact assets and custom content for paid and organic campaigns.
Maintain deep knowledge of assigned titles to effectively communicate with fans, colleagues, and show producers.
Analyze audience data, market trends, and consumer insights to inform creative direction and align strategies with audience passions and behaviors.
Cultivate strong relationships with studios, producers, and partners to amplify campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Job Requirements
5+ years experience in marketing within the entertainment or streaming industry with increasing responsibility.
Proven track record of playing a role in developing and executing innovative title marketing campaigns that drive viewership.
Experienced in managing cross functional stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of streaming media industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
