Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medicare Home Health Sales Liaison to join our team. This full-time, field-based position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships within the community to drive home care referrals and achieve monthly admission goals.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and grow a network of repeat referral sources within the assigned territory.
Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and referral partners, including physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and community organizations.
Implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and generate new business.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and provide exceptional service throughout the referral process.
Track activities and maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and referral trends.
Qualifications
Proven success in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development (home care or healthcare experience preferred).
Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a defined territory.
Positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to a collaborative and fun work environment.
Behaviors Detail Oriented - Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
Motivations Flexibility - Inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals
Education High School (required)
Experience 1 year: A minimum of 2 years healthcare sales experience working with various healthcare partners and an understanding of the overall healthcare industry (required)
