Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a
smooth referral and onboarding process
for new clients
Track outreach activities and maintain
accurate records of referral trends and progress
Qualifications
Proven experience in
healthcare marketing, sales, or business development
(home care experience preferred)
Excellent
relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to
work independently
and manage time effectively
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to
