Primarily remote within EST/CST (preference for Charlotte, NC).
Responsibilities
Lead development of integrated marketing programs that translate brand strategy and goals into clear plans, KPIs, and guidance for supporting teams.
Continuously review performance data and competitor insights to identify store‑level needs and opportunities.
Serve as liaison to OEMs and agencies, sharing timely updates on messaging, launches, events, and ensuring brand and compliance standards are met.
Deeply understand target audiences and local market dynamics to shape segmentation, community partnerships, sponsorships, and event‑based marketing.
Own brand‑level budgets, including co‑op and local activation funds, while overseeing dealership website accuracy and competitiveness and supporting annual planning.
Requirements
5+ years of relevant marketing experience, including planning and executing multi‑channel programs and managing budgets.
Automotive retail industry experience required, with familiarity with dealership operations and OEM programs.
Proven ability to assess marketing performance, identify differentiators, and translate insights into action.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics/GA4, plus comfort with project‑management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and the Microsoft Suite.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and own results.
