More information about this job Overview The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Cajun’s marketing and business development initiatives. This role ensures marketing projects are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with company standards. Serving as a key collaborator across departments, the Marketing Coordinator helps maintain consistency in brand identity, create proactive marketing campaigns and content, and enables the successful rollout of marketing initiatives under the direction of the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities The following are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all-inclusive for this position.

Lead Responsibilities

Manage Cajun’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.

Design and maintain brochures, flyers, templates, and other client-facing materials.

Provide internal creative support and execution to develop visual assets and marketing collateral.

Enforce branding standards and ensure consistent use of Cajun’s brand guidelines.

Lead the preparation and submission of industry awards.

Maintain Cajun’s video and photo library and edit short-form content as needed.

Manage headshots for all offices including collection, editing, and collaborating with IT department to update Microsoft Office Suites in accordance with headshot guidelines.

Support Responsibilities

Assist with conference and event collateral preparation such as invites, swag, giveaways, etc.

Coordinate advertising needs, including ad placement schedules and creative development.

Update and maintain website content and imagery, supporting scheduled refreshes.

Help manage marketing merchandise, including ordering, design, and inventory tracking.

Maintain and update the Cajun template database for company-wide use as needed.

Provide assistance on internal special projects and ad-hoc marketing initiatives.

Support the execution of targeted external email campaigns.

Assist with the preparation and distribution of quarterly marketing newsletters.

Qualifications Physical

Occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds

Regularly required to talk or hear

Frequently required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms

Subject to repetitive use of hands/arms

Occasionally required to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, use hands and fingers to handle and feel

Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus

Will need to perform sedentary work

Mental

Strong organizational and creative skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present ideas visually and clearly.

Performance Expectations & Metrics

Accuracy, creativity, and timeliness of social media, brochures, flyers, and templates.

Consistency in applying Cajun’s branding standards.

Responsiveness and quality of support for BD, leadership, and internal stakeholders.

Successful delivery of marketing collateral for conferences, events, and advertising.

Contribution to proactive marketing initiatives that strengthen Cajun’s brand presence.

Additional Notes May require occasional travel for training or team meetings.
